Vandana is a Bharatanatyam dancer with over 20 years of experience as a performer and has been sharing her knowledge with young minds for the last five years. She is a disciple and a faculty member in Anitha Guha’s Bharathanjali training students in both yoga and dance. She found yoga to be her solace when she was fighting the most turbulent and life-changing battles in her life.
She has been undeterred since then, as she pursued yoga as her way of life. Vandana’s life experiences and the combined knowledge of yoga have made her an approachable and supporting human. She is known for her motivational speeches and encouragement to get the best out of her students.
Teaching yoga is the best decision she made to give back to people what she has gained. She hopes and envisions a community that can be built with love kindness and compassion through the ancient teachings of yoga appealing to modern minds.
